Do Something Practical about Climate Change

Learn real and relevant skills for sustainable land use and action on climate change, by helping to demonstrate the growing of local materials, fuel and basketry materials on Mansel Green, Bishopston, Gower, Wales. Regular Volunteer days.

Varied outdoor work dependant on season examples include: ground preparation for planting trees, scything bracken and Japanese Knotweed, general woodland work, path improvements, managing a basketry willow bed, building a drying shed for storing willow, opportunities for volunteers to learn basketry skills to replace plastic containers.
