❤️💜 Today would have been our special Leon Montanari’s 30th birthday. 💜❤️
Born with a heart condition, Leon needed a heart transplant at just 10 months old. Despite spending so much of his young life in and out of hospital, he was a happy, mischievous and kind-hearted boy who brought so much love to everyone around him.
Although we were robbed of more time with Leon, we will never let his story end at 13. Leon will forever be 13, but his legacy lives on. ❤️
On Friday, we celebrated Leon’s birthday by bringing together his nearest and dearest, sharing memories and raising money for three Heart Heroes supported by The Leon Heart Fund. 💜
The charity helps keep his memory alive, bringing his dreams to life and helping other families through their own journeys.
Thanks to your incredible support, every event, opportunity to donate and with the support we are able to keep Leon’s dreams and wishes alive. Together, we have been able to raise much-needed funds to support families facing the same unimaginable circumstances that Leon’s family once did, helping people when they need it most and making a difference in so many lives.
Happy heavenly 30th birthday, Leon. We love and miss you more than words can ever say. We will continue to celebrate you, not just today, but always. 🪽💜
