Since Covid-19, the group has continued supporting a number of charities and organisations.

Helping Hands is a voluntary community group led by two local GPs, dedicated to bringing communities together through charitable activities and community events.

We will be joined by the Help Me Quit team, Citizens Advice, Local Area Coordinator, Waiting Well and digital services, CREST Swansea - Mental Health Support and CETMA.

Pop in for a cuppa and access information about the support available to you!

We are delighted to celebrate six months since we started the Helping Hands Badminton Group.

It has been wonderful to see the enthusiasm, commitment, and active participation from everyone involved.

The group was established to provide enjoyable games while promoting fitness, wellbeing, and social connections within our community.

Thank you to everyone who has joined us on this journey. We look forward to continuing to stay active together and promoting health, wellbeing, and friendship in the months ahead.
