Renew at The Stream A space where it's ok not to be ok Tea, coffee and biscuits provided

Renew Wellbeing is a national charity aimed at providing quiet shared spaces where "it's OK not to be OK" in partnership with NHS and Social Services mental health teams and based on the NHS five ways to wellbeing. We will have some basic activities available but the idea is for people to share their interests and hobbies - or, if they just need time to sit and take time out, that's fine.

Craft this Tuesday 18th August 2-4pm at The Stream, we're making felt balloons (and clouds) They can be used to make mobiles, pictures or create something special.
