A space where it's ok not to be ok Tea, coffee and biscuits provided

Renew Wellbeing is a national charity aimed at providing quiet shared spaces where "it's OK not to be OK" in partnership with NHS and Social Services mental health teams and based on the NHS five ways to wellbeing. We will have some basic activities available but the idea is for people to share their interests and hobbies - or, if they just need time to sit and take time out, that's fine.

This Tuesday (16th) 2-4pm @ The Stream we have part one of our Air Dried Clay activity. Get those creative ideas flowing and see what you can make...earrings? brooches? beads?...it's up to you. Once you've created, we'll dry them off and the following week, part 2, you can decorate and add the finishing touches. All welcome. Plus our usual puzzles, pool and plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits.

🌞 Weather permitting, we'll be setting up for our Picnic in the Car Park this Tuesday. Join us for light refreshments (including cake!), a craft stall, a selection of our usual activities and a chance to chat with your local PCSO.
In the event of wet weather, we'll be inside as usual 🌞☂️
All very welcome to call in.

The Stream is back on Tuesday 2nd June with our usual activities. We'll be making beaded keyrings on the craft table and the Celtic Credit Union van will be with us.Take a break and join us for a cuppa.

Just a reminder that we have a mix of crafts avaliable at The Stream tomorrow. The Celtic Credit Union van will also be with us and you can meet your friendly local PCSO for a Cuppa with a Copper.

We've had to replace our advertised glass painting session next week. Instead you can try your hand at 3 crafts! We'll be making some lavender bags, the pyrography tools will be available or you may want to learn to knit from one of our experts. Or you can bring you own craft. Of course we'll also have our usual activities and plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits. 2-4pm Tuesday 19th May.

Jewellery Stream! We had great fun making these and lots of chat too. Another jigsaw completed by our puzzlers and plenty of competition on the pool table.
