The Pioneers Project CIC was established in Plymouth, born out of a desire to uplift communities facing disadvantage. Our mission is deeply rooted in Barne Barton and Plymouth, where we strive to serve children, young people, and families. We cherish individuality and acknowledge the vital role of connection in enhancing mental health and self-worth. Central to our vision is the transformation of Bull Point Barracks into a thriving community hub. This historic site will become a beacon of hope and opportunity, offering modern, inclusive facilities while preserving its rich heritage. Our community hub will be a focal point for social interaction, personal growth, and community engagement. We are dedicated to fostering strong community ties and empowering local residents through participatory activities and events. Our services are designed to positively impact social, emotional, and mental health by providing safe spaces for individuals to explore their potential and connect with others. Through our initiatives, we become mentors, allies, advocates, and positive role models, supporting our community members in becoming the best versions of themselves.
