As part of SFW Hub Plymouth, we are showcasing Yan Feng's work which focuses on the exchange of Chinese and Western dress culture and art. The current phase explores the fusion of art and technology through experiments with biological materials for fabric design. ⁣

The weekend is nearly here and the final introduction is MINSKI. An independent UK-based slow fashion collective with a focus on creating sustainable and funky clothing using a variety of hand crafting techniques. ⁣

Their clothing is crafted by a small community of local makers, artists and printers. Using hand printing methods to design fabric and rework old clothing. .official aims to create a sense of fun and playfulness in our work and encourage people to try clothing on and get experimental with their outfits.⁣

We are so sad to announce that due to unforeseen circumstances we have had to cancel the Sustainable Fashion show and Swapshop event in Plymouth this weekend.⁣

I understand that many of you were looking forward to this event, and I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.⁣
⁣
While the fashion show and Swapshop won't take place as planned, I want to assure you that SFW Hub: Plymouth is committed to delivering a memorable and meaningful experience. We are delighted to inform you that our workshops and market will still be running as scheduled.⁣
 ⁣
So, join us at the amazing jewellery workshops and explore the vibrant market, where you can discover a wide range of sustainable fashion, vintage finds, upcycled treasures, and much more. It would would mean a lot if you could join us and we would love to see you there!⁣
