ation of Stony Stratford - "The Jewel of Milton Keynes". Just a few minutes’ walk from all the amenities the town has to offer. We have group members from the four local authority areas of Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and South Northants. Our programme includes: Art, Crafts, Photography, Performing Arts, Out & About activities in the community. We also offer a fortnightly Saturday programme with an exciting range of activities and visits. We also run regular social opportunities including the popular monthly ‘Open Mic’ evenings at The Cock Hotel in Stony Stratford. PHOENIX RISING:MK was established in 2015 by Directors Adrian Pinckard & Sarah Bament, both of whom have over 30 years experience in teaching and educational management in both the mainstream and learning disability sectors. The staff team are also highly experienced and passionate about working with adults with support needs. We are a Community Interest Company (CIC) therefore all profits go back into helping us to support people with disabilities.

It is with the greatest sadness and sorrow that we have to report the passing of our wonderful staff team member Mike Wilkinson.
We are all so shocked to hear this distressing, devastating and terrible news.

Those of you who knew Mike will know what a much loved, extremely talented, enthusiastic and dedicated member of the Phoenix team he was and how enthusiastically he worked to bring happiness and enjoyment to our group members. Under his leadership, the Feelgood Friday sessions were an absolute joy to behold and all the group members absolutely adored him.

All our heartfelt thoughts and condolences go out to Mike's wife and all his family.

We will be talking about Mike's passing to group members on Friday, which was Mike's session.

Rest in Peace Mike and thank you so much for all you did and all you gave to everyone.
