Willow is a bowel cancer detection dog and part of a team investigating whether dogs can detect the odour of bowel cancer in urine.

Willow usually works on our stand system but to make her work varied and interesting for her she did a session on the carousel and as you cam see her amazing nose picked out her target odour with ease.

And thankyou to Frankie and Caz (who played a key role having her ears scritched throughout the whole video) for describing the difference our volunteer puppy socialisers make.

Coal has just started his advanced training to become a Medical Alert Assistance Dog.

When he is matched to his client, he will warn them when they're about to become unwell and if this happens when they're out and about, they will be able to lie down safely and avoid injury and hospitalisation.

His trainer sat down during his public access training session to depict this happening and he did so well settling down next to her until she 'felt better.'
