Have you booked your table for the MK SNAP Charity Quiz Night? 🧠🎉

We're looking forward to welcoming teams for an evening of fun, laughter, friendly competition, and fundraising on Friday 11th September 2026.

Whether you're bringing colleagues, friends, family, or fellow quiz enthusiasts, it's a fantastic opportunity to enjoy a great night out while supporting adults with learning disabilities across Milton Keynes.

🚪 Doors open at 6:30pm
🧠 Quiz starts at 7:00pm

☀️ HEATWAVE GUIDANCE TO OUR LEARNERS! ☀️

With temperatures set to rise next week, please remember to stay cool, safe and hydrated when attending MK SNAP.

✅ Bring a refillable water bottle
✅ Bring a hat or cap for outdoor activities
✅ Bring named sun cream if you need it
✅ Wear sensible, closed-toe footwear (no flip-flops or open-toed sandals please)

The good news is that MK SNAP is a fully air-conditioned building, so you'll be able to keep cool while you're with us! ❄️

At MK SNAP Café, our air-conditioned café offers a comfortable space to escape the heat, enjoy a refreshing drink, and relax with friends.

We're open Tuesday and Thursday, 9:30am–12:00pm, and we'd love to welcome you in.

A huge thank you to Josh and Goodman! 🌟

Over the past year, Josh and Goodman have been on work placements at MK SNAP through their Milton Keynes College Supported Internship Programme, and they have been fantastic members of our team.

They have been incredibly helpful supporting sessions, assisting in the garden and enterprise sessions. Their enthusiasm, hard work, and willingness to get involved have made a real difference to everyone at MK SNAP.

As they move on to the next stage of their journey, we would like to thank them for all their efforts and wish them every success for the future.

We have loved having them with us and look forward to supporting more students through the Supported Internship Programme in the years ahead.

💙 A day to be proud of! 💙

This week, MK SNAP attended the Network Rail Charity Day alongside MacIntyre and Age UK Milton Keynes .

Heidi and Margaret did an amazing job representing MK SNAP, selling our products, chatting with Network Rail colleagues, and raising awareness of our charity.

One of our favourite moments from the day was hearing Heidi talk about how far she has come since joining MK SNAP. She said that when she first started, she would never have had the confidence to help run a stall or speak to members of the public. Now, she feels confident talking to visitors, promoting our products, and representing MK SNAP.

Stories like Heidi's remind us why our work is so important. Seeing our learners grow in confidence, develop new skills, and achieve things they once thought were out of reach is what MK SNAP is all about.

We are so proud of both Heidi and Margaret for being fantastic ambassadors for MK SNAP. 💙

A huge thank you to Network Rail for inviting us, and to everyone who stopped by to say hello and support our social enterprise.
