This month is Pride Month 🌈

At stem4, we stand with LGBTQ+ young people and recognise the importance of safe, inclusive mental health support for every identity.

For our LGBTQ+ blog, Milo shared their experience of learning to love themselves while navigating discrimination, gender identity, and mental health challenges. Thank you to Milo for sharing such an honest and powerful story with us. Read this blog at: https://stem4.org.uk/milos-story/

If you’d like to share your own experiences for the stem4 blog, we’d love to hear from you, get in touch via [email protected].

Hearing directly from students helps us understand what makes a difference in real school settings.

These reflections highlight how small, practical tools can support young people to recognise stress, build coping skills and feel more confident managing challenging moments and whether that’s in lessons, during exams, or day to day.

Clear Fear for Schools is designed to support this early, accessible approach to anxiety support across secondary schools.

As schools introduce new approaches to phone use, staff are often navigating the balance between maintaining boundaries and supporting young people who may rely on phones for regulation, connection, and coping.

Join our upcoming webinar with an expert panel including Dr Nihara Krause, Dr Richard Graham, and Sthen Wiseman, as we explore practical, psychologically informed approaches schools can take.
