Cranstoun Worcestershire is looking for a compassionate and motivated Nurse to join our dedicated team delivering vital alcohol and drug support services across Worcestershire.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a supportive multidisciplinary environment where you can make a meaningful impact on the lives of people experiencing substance use challenges.
🔹 About the Role
As a Nurse within our service, you will provide a range of clinical interventions to support recovery, reduce harm, and improve the physical and mental wellbeing of people who use our services.
You will:
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for people who use services
• Promote recovery and harm reduction approaches
• Manage clinical risk and safeguarding concerns
• Work collaboratively with partner agencies and multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver compassionate, person-centred care across community settings
🔹 About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
✔ A Registered Nurse with active NMC registration, qualified Paramedic, or equivalent
✔ Experienced in working with people who use substances, carers, or other vulnerable groups
✔ Confident managing complex clinical and safeguarding needs
✔ Passionate about improving outcomes for individuals and communities
📍 About Cranstoun Worcestershire
We provide alcohol and drug support services across all six Worcestershire districts, alongside specialist support for young people and families through our Here4Youth service. With our central hub in Worcester and outreach delivery across the county, we are committed to delivering accessible, high-quality support to those who need it most.
🕘 Core service hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, with some rota-based shifts between 8am–9am and 5pm–7pm.
