As a Nurse within our service, you will provide a range of clinical interventions to support recovery, reduce harm, and improve the physical and mental wellbeing of people who use our services.

Drugbot is free and accessible 24/7 in the UK to help guide safer, more informed decisions around substance use. It has been used by professionals working in the sector as well as people who use drugs and their friends or family members.

It’s positive to see that so many people are finding the chatbot useful, and we’ve been working with our partners at Substancy to listen to user feedback so we can continually develop and improve Drugbot’s knowledge and abilities 🤖

We are now looking for a dedicated and compassionate Housing Support Worker to join our Supported Housing team in Wandsworth.

About the Role

Our service provides 30 units of accommodation across 5 sites, supporting residents with a range of complex needs. You will work across different levels of supported housing, including a flexible threshold service that adopts a harm reduction approach with flexible tolerance around drug use.

As part of a supportive and committed team, you will:

Provide person-centred support to residents to help them stabilise substance use and build independent living skills
Hold a small caseload and deliver regular planned keywork sessions
Work collaboratively with partner agencies to ensure tailored support for residents
Support the delivery of in-house groups, activities and community engagement opportunities
Help create a safe, respectful and empowering environment for residents

This is a rota-based role covering 7 days a week, including every other weekend, with shifts between:
🕗 Early: 8:00am – 3:30pm
🌙 Late: 2:30pm – 10:00pm

About You

We’d love to hear from candidates who:

✔ Have experience supporting people facing multiple disadvantages
