With more warm weather expected, taking a few simple steps can help you stay safe and well.

Make sure you're drinking enough water, keeping cool and protecting yourself from the sun. If you have older neighbours, relatives, friends with health conditions, or families with young children nearby, a quick check-in can make all the difference.

🏓 A huge thank you to a very kind supporter who recently donated two brand-new table tennis tables to our community groups.

After years of loyal service (and more than a few repairs!), our old tables were ready for retirement. These fantastic new additions are already being put through their paces and will help keep our table tennis sessions running for years to come.

We're incredibly grateful for this generous gift and the difference it will make to the people who enjoy our groups every week.
