Babes, another person’s definition of A “strong” black woman is NOT your burden to carry. 🫂

* You’re allowed to say no.
* DND and attend to yourself.
* Have an unfinished to-do list.
* Rest without guilt or shame.
* Or even be a couch potato some days.

You get to define what strength and productivity look like for YOU, without needing anyone’s permission.

This World Mental Health Day and every other day, remember that;

- Your struggles matter
- Your voice deserves to be heard
- And you deserve a safe community and support made for you.
