Thriving Families offers free, confidential support for parents and carers who may be finding parenting or family life challenging and would benefit from early support.

We provide consultations and workshops that offer:

practical, evidence-based tools and strategies

a supportive space to talk

guidance tailored to your family’s needs

Our support is led by experts in parenting, child development, CAMHS, psychology and early help, and is designed to help families feel supported before challenges escalate.

Thanks to The National Lottery Community Fund , Thriving Pathways CIC is launching:
🌱 Thriving Families – Early Support for Lifelong Impact

This new project offers community-based, culturally attuned support for families—before crisis hits.

🔹 Weekly drop-in sessions (online & in-person, term-time only)
🔹 Family workshops (coming soon)
🔹 1:1 support for confidence, stress & overwhelm
🔹 A warm, non-judgemental space led by professionals with lived experience

What an unforgettable day at the King’s Scholars Career Fair!

I had the absolute privilege of speaking to these incredible young people — students from underrepresented backgrounds, each one full of potential, curiosity, and courage.

The Kings Scholars programme is all about showing them that higher education is possible, reachable, theirs.

Standing there, sharing my journey, answering their questions, seeing their faces light up… it reminded me why this work matters so deeply.

Representation isn’t just about seeing someone who looks like you — it’s about seeing what’s possible for you.

A huge thank you to Eleanor Taylor and the amazing team at Kings College London Social Mobility & Widening Participation for having me and championing this work.

This is what widening participation looks like in action.

What a fantastic session filled with connection, learning, and growth! Parents and caregivers joined us to explore tools for helping children understand and manage their emotions. 🌱

This workshop was led by .nataliev.bailey, a psychologist and expert in early intervention and preventative solutions for children and families. 🌱
