We are so very proud and happy that Alan was invited to speak at the well respected International Parrot Convention Loro Parque Fundación this week 🦜

He talked about all the changes he has seen throughout his extensive career as an avian vet 🩺

Although only one other member of the PAW team was able to attend (The Kent Parrot Lady), we all appreciate what an honour this was for him and one of the highlights of his career 🫶

Congratulations Alan! 🦜

This event has such an inspiring story 💚

Feathers Together , a parrot rehoming charity, are raising funds to build a permanent parrot sanctuary and visit attraction in the North East of England.
Inspired by best practice across the UK and Europe, the park will offer a long term home for unwanted parrots and other exotic pet birds.
The centre will be an educational res for children and adults and a training facility for students at all levels, helping to secure the future of professional aviculture.
