Could you help create a safe place to stay for someone rebuilding their life?

We're recruiting a Housing Assistant in Paisley to join our award-winning homelessness charity.

💙 Housing Assistant, Paisley, £24,479 (pro rata) per annum, fixed-term until March 2027, P/T (22.5 hrs p/w), https://bit.ly/4obzDqG

At Blue Triangle, we support people to move beyond homelessness and towards brighter futures. As a Housing Assistant, you'll play a key role in making that happen — helping to maintain a safe, welcoming service, supporting the wellbeing of the people we work with, and working alongside colleagues and partner agencies to help people access the support they need.

We're looking for someone who is kind, organised and compassionate, with strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others. Experience supporting vulnerable people can come from personal, voluntary or professional experience.

Some of our supported people had a great time recently taking part in an Airsoft activity – something they personally requested, and it definitely didn’t disappoint!

With a great turnout and support from staff members Andrew and Hazel, the day was full of laughter, and a little bit of friendly competition!

That's why Sharon and our Routes to Recovery team are creating spaces where people can connect, share experiences and feel supported.

If you're affected by alcohol or drugs, come along to one of our upcoming Recovery & Wellbeing Groups in Paisley. Expect a warm welcome, a cuppa and a chance to chat with others who understand the journey.

Could you be the person who helps keep a service safe and steady through the night?

We’re recruiting a Housing Assistant in Oban to support people experiencing homelessness to feel safe, settled and supported. This is a nightshift role, working on a 3‑week rota including some weekend work.

You’ll help maintain a calm, stable environment, managing referrals, responding to situations as they arise, and being a consistent presence throughout each shift.
