For a decade, Drag 101 has brought people together for nights of drag, comedy, live singing, lip syncs and plenty of chaos, while giving local q***r performers a stage and creating a welcoming space for LGBTQ+ students, allies and people from around the world.

Now we’re celebrating 10 years with Dharma Geddon & Alana Duvey for a very special anniversary show. 💅

Behind them is a huge community of students giving their time to run activities, organise events, build communities and make things happen across campus. Every SRC-affiliated club and society is run by student volunteers, and our Clubs & Societies team is here to support them along the way.
 
Whether you’re already involved in a club, have just joined one, or are thinking about starting something new, we can help with:
 
📚 Resources and practical support, including loaning free equipment and room bookings
🎓 Training to help committees run their clubs and societies confidently
📣 Support with campaigns, events and bringing ideas to life
💷 Grant funding to support club and society activity
🙌 Volunteering support and recognition for the time you give
 
We can also help with affiliation, memberships and accessing the wider support available through the SRC.
 
So if the Welcome Fair was where you first met your club or society, this is your introduction to the team helping support everything that comes next. 💙
