A small gesture can make a big difference. 💜

For children and young people living with epilepsy, feeling understood and connected really matters.

Just £5 can pay for one Happy Mail - a fun, supportive letter sent each month to a child or young person (up to age 16) in Scotland living with epilepsy. It’s something to look forward to, a reminder they’re not alone, and a little boost of joy through the letterbox.

Here is our wee friend Jenson with his Happy Mail. Mum, Mhairi, said, “my little boy Jenson is always so excited to receive his Happy Mail.” Thanks for sharing Mhairi Grassick 😊

If you’re able to give, your donation could brighten someone’s day in a truly meaningful way. 👉 https://bit.ly/4xjFFcG

Donate today and help bring a smile to a young person living with epilepsy.

It's Carers Week.

To every carer giving their time, energy, compassion and strength - we see you.
The early mornings, the long days, the quiet sacrifices that often go unnoticed… they matter. You matter.

Not all heroes wear capes - some carry shopping bags, manage medications, offer a listening ear, and show up every single day with love.

We are here for you. If you need support, our free and confidential helpline is available Monday - Friday, 10am - 4:30pm.

🎤 Want to share your story and be heard?

We’re excited to be teaming up again with the Crown Office for our second Public Speaking Competition - and we’re looking for young people with epilepsy to take part. But be quick - applications close on 12 June 2026!

We know young people living with epilepsy have a lot to say about inclusion, equality, and what matters to them - but not always the chance to say it. This is your opportunity to change that.

You don’t need any experience. Just bring your voice and your ideas - we’ll support you every step of the way, right up to the main event.

🗣️ Open to anyone in Scotland aged 13–21 (by 1 September 2026) who lives with epilepsy.

Whether it’s your first time speaking or you’re ready to step up again, we’d love to hear from you - don’t leave it too late!

📧 To apply or find out more, email Stephanie: [email protected]

827 miles. For Tyla. For epilepsy. 💜

Caitlin is running 827 miles, from Land’s End to John O’Groats, in memory of her best friend, Tyla, who tragically passed away from epilepsy.

Her challenge begins tomorrow, 1st June 2026. This isn’t just a challenge. It’s love. It’s grief. And it’s action.

Every mile Caitlin runs is for Tyla - and for everyone affected by epilepsy.

If you can, please support her journey.

It may not happen that often, but Scotland is really feeling the heat. 🌞

Looking after yourself in hot weather is extra important if you have epilepsy. Take a few simple steps to stay safe:

🚰 Keep hydrated throughout the day
❄ Stay cool and avoid the midday heat
💜 Take your medication as prescribed and get enough rest.

Look after yourself and each other. Stay safe. 💜
