An excellent environment to enjoy the game, develop & progress. Lochend Football Academy is a Scottish Charity, SC051226, and winner of the King's Award for Voluntary Service 2023. Lochend FA is a progressive football academy where children come first. The children will be expertly coached in all aspects of football. Our sessions

have been carefully devised to ensure children of all ages and abilities receive the best tuition possible to improve their knowledge and enjoyment of the game. Our aim is to provide a safe and friendly environment where children can learn all aspects of playing football. All of our training sessions are designed to develop physical fitness and improve stamina. We teach basic balance and co-ordination exercises that lead to more advanced technical skills, including defending, attacking, and positional play. Above all, children are encouraged to develop their skills and talents at their own pace. We cater to children from as young as 5 up to young adults. We have teams at Soccer 4's, Soccer 7's, and teams who play full 11 asides. Our training times are age and ability specific so please contact us for further details.

A fantastic few days spent with LFA u14 players at the Uefa A licence course at the oriam with the SFA coach education department. Boys that represented our club as runners for the course did so in the best possible way. Next time we can try to ensure others get an opportunity as numbers are always very limited.

Extra special having Thiago Silva on the course and i presented Thiago with a Lochend FA top ( I’m sure it meant as much as winning the champions league……… )
