🎉 The Action Group Opens New Service in Falkirk – TAG HUB

We are delighted to announce the opening of our new service, TAG HUB, from June 2026 at Westfield Park Community Centre, Westfield Street, Falkirk, FK2 9DX.

TAG HUB is a welcoming and inclusive group where everyone helps to plan what we do. Activities are chosen together in four-week blocks, so there’s always something new to look forward to.

Our services in Falkirk include support in The TAG HUB and Outreach, where we support people in the community and their homes.

💙 Building carer friendly communities - starting with us!! ✨

Join us tomorrow, Tuesday 9th, for our Carer Day - food, fun, self-care & Bollywood dancing!

It's and this year's theme is Building Carer Friendly Communities, and that's something very close to our hearts at TAG.

🤝 The Action Group was founded by carers who wanted to advocate for better services for their loved ones. Over these past 50 years, we have grown into a diverse and warm community of parent/carers - and we are incredibly proud of that.

This week, we are celebrating everything that makes a carer-friendly community, and we are kicking things off in style with a day created just for you!

We cannot wait to celebrate with you!! 🙌🎉
