Happy Pride Month! 🏳️‍🌈🧡

This month, we're celebrating and standing with our LGBTQIA+ MS community.

Pride Month is a celebration of how far LGBTQIA+ rights have come. But it's also a time to recognise the challenges LGBTQIA+ people still face today. For people living with MS, that includes health inequalities and barriers to accessing healthcare.

For the first time ever, we'll be marching at Pride Edinburgh on 20 June! We'd love for you to join us. Find out more: https://buff.ly/fjPMC2r

You can also read more about health inequalities affecting LGBTQIA+ people living with MS on our website: https://buff.ly/yJGtrQv

This Carers Week, we're recognising the unpaid carers who support people living with MS every day. 🧡

Many carers don't think of themselves as carers. They're husbands, wives, partners, parents, children, relatives and friends. But recognising yourself as a carer can help you access support, information and advice.

If you support someone living with MS, we're here to help.

We're proud to be supporting Together We Move (), a Scotland-wide campaign celebrating all forms of movement, this summer.

Meaningful movement looks different for everyone - and that's something that people living with MS know only too well. Your movements matter, no matter how big, or how small.

As part of , we're celebrating all the ways people across Scotland move, connect and take part.

You can get involved by sharing a photo or video of your movement and using so we can celebrate with you.

Every movement counts. Every story matters.

⭐ Our MS Superstar today is the incredible Jackie O'Neill! ⭐

"Living with MS myself, I know how important fundraising is in the hope that one day we can stop MS for good."

Jackie, alongside her friends Angie and Karen, recently raised an incredible £5,210 for the MS Society and Alzheimer's Research UK through a Ladies Day Spring Sparkling Afternoon Tea and one very daring challenge: the Highland Fling Bridge Swing!

While Angie and Karen stayed on solid ground, Jackie took the leap, completing a 132-foot freefall jump from the Garry Bridge in Killiecrankie.

Jackie's fundraising is inspired by her own experience of living with MS. She was diagnosed in 2012 at the age of 35 and knows first-hand how important support and research are for people affected by the condition.

And this latest fundraiser is just one part of her incredible contribution. Over the years, Jackie has raised more than £13,000 to help stop MS.

Thank you, Jackie, for all you do to support people affected by MS. You're a true MS Superstar. 🧡
