Tonigh we were joined by all of our fantastic Youth Beatz Festival volunteers to celebrate all their efforts in making Youth Beatz Festival 2026 a success.

Youth Beatz, The Toon and Youth Beatz Fringe would not be possible without our team of young and adult volunteers, and we are grateful to be supported by such committed, enthusiastic and dedicated individuals and groups. Without all their hard work and commitment we would not be able to deliver any of the festival.

Thank you to Councillor Tracey Little, Chair of Education, Skills and Wellbeing Committee for presenting certificates to all our volunteers, and speaking about the impact of their volunteering, to our hosts Mia and Freya for taking us through the evening and to the young volunteers who shared their experiences with us.

We hope everyone had a great night, and hopefully see you all next year!

Over the course of , we have been delighted to be joined by the Leader and Depute Leader of Dumfries and Galloway Council alongside other elected members (not all who are pictured). 🙌

We were also delighted to have had Dawn Robert's, Chief Executive of Dumfries and Galloway Council alongside other senior leaders. 👍

Both elected members and council leaders spent time exploring Youth Beatz and volunteering as part of the team in The Toon, Youth Work Tent, MOT Family Support Tent and in other areas on site! 🤝

simply wouldn’t be possible without the support of elected members and senior leaders and we are deeply appreciative that they took the time to help out at the festival. 🫶
