This week we have our visit to Dryfemount Care Home on Thursday afternoon. I’m so looking forward to seeing all the lovely residents there again 🥰✝️

On Sunday afternoon we will be visiting Allanbank. 🤩

I can’t believe that it’s been 4 years since we started going back to Allanbank as Forget-Me-Not Ministries. It’s always a joy to visit there and see old and new faces 🥰

What is sad is that so many of those that were there at the beginning are no longer here with us, but we will never forget them, and hopefully we will meet them again one day in heaven. 🙏🏼

My prayer is that every seed that has been planted in the hearts of these lovely seniors will take root and they will all become believers in Jesus as their Lord and Saviour 🙏🏼✝️

We continue with the theme of love, which every visit speaks of because that’s who God is. And that’s why He sent Jesus ✝️

Wow, I can’t believe we’ve already had our third visit of October already.

So far we’ve been to Dumfries Day Centre, Briery Park and today we were at Notwen House.

A big thank you to Margaret, Robert, Sarah, Jamie and Moira for joining me on the various visits.

You are all such a blessing to me and I appreciate each one of you 🤩

Also thank you to the staff for bringing everyone along. You do a fantastic job 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

And as an extra bonus I also got to go back into Charnwood’s yesterday and see a lovely lady on her own with her daughter and son-in-law present, which was so special. She loves to sing and so she got to sing some of her favourite hymns again 🤩

This month we are sharing all about God’s amazing love. Some of the scriptures we are sharing are:

“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.”

I could go on and on about the love of God. 🤩🙏🏼✝️

My hope is that each person knows they are loved.

Even Jesus withdrew to rest and recharge (Luke 5:16), showing us the importance of stepping away to refuel. When you pause to care for your soul, you’re not quitting—you’re aligning with God’s design for your life.

Let Him fill you so you can pour out His love to others. How will you make time to rest this week?
