Trinity Centre Cardiff A community centre based in Adamsdown, Cardiff. Serving the local community, including asylum seekers, refugees and others in need.

We welcome people of all faiths and none. A project of the Cardiff Methodist Circuit. The Methodist Church in Great Britain was founded in the 18th Century and formally constituted by the Methodist Church Union Act 1929. Local Churches are organised into Circuits and Districts - in this case the Cardiff Circuit and Wales District. Trinity Methodist Church premises in Newport Road Cardiff date from the late 19th Century. For the past 5 years they have provided a home for voluntary organisations working with refugees, asylum seekers and ethnic minorities. These organisations are not run by the Church but work in partnership with it to provide support for people of all faiths or none. The building is ideally located which, with the active support of the Methodist Church, has led to the co-location of several different groups. Their mutual cooperation has strengthened the overall service being provided from this centre. The main groups presently supporting refugees and asylum seekers are:

- Space4U (S4U) operates a drop-in offering information and support, English lessons, food/clothing bank, craft sessions as well as food and drinks.

- Parent & Toddler groups linked to S4U are held twice a week.

- Home4U works closely with S4U providing temporary accommodation using empty properties which have been loaned to the project.

- Communities First offering craft classes and ESOL lessons.
