There's still time to join our Dream Team!
We are looking for someone who cares about human rights and wants to develop new skills. You just need to have some experience in at least one of the things that a small charity needs behind the scenes and a willingness to learn.
The deadline to ask for a pack is 7 June, and you can get it by emailing [email protected]

Over this past weekend, the UK has seen some of the highest temperatures EVER in May, and with Summer coming it is only going to get warmer! 🌞

So Adrian and Lindsey have put together a list of some important things you can do to make sure you are staying safe and looking after yourself when it gets warm outside.

1. Drink lots of water! 💧 It is very useful to have a water bottle outside.
2. Stay in the shade 🏖️
3. Wear suncream and a hat!👒 This will help you from getting sunburn and making being outside more fun!
4. Keep cool indoors with a fan 🪭
5. Ask for help if you feel unwell 🤒

We don't often have jobs that are available for people who don't have a learning disability.
But this is different - can you be a behind the scenes worker?
The job is to help the Director with everything that keeps the organisation running well:

Finance, HR, Governance, Office, Training and Consultation, Meetings, Communication.

We need you to have some experience in at least one of those areas, and be willing to learn to be an all rounder.

Was lovely having a chat with Martin Heffron this morning at his home. Fascinating person to talk too about the history of learning disability. I left his house feeling so re-energised about All Wales People Firsts quest for equality. Thanks so much Martin for your kind hospitality.
