Being a Leader in employing people with a learning disability, alongside our friends at Cwm Taf People First, means we can tell you how to make a difference by giving people with a learning disability a job.

We know there is so much potential for jobs in teaching, supporting, policies, public speaking, service development, accessibility - all work better when they are done by someone with a learning disability!

Here at Cardiff Hubs and Libraries we've been extremely fortunate to recently start the first BeyondWords Book Club in Wales. This book club uses colourful wordless books that allow everyone to join in, creating their own stories from the pictures they see.

It’s warm, relaxed, and full of those small moments where you can see confidence growing and connections being made. It’s great to see everyone feeling included and to help create an accessible space for all.

Thank you to the kind people at Cardiff People First for having us, and as usual we'll see you back there on the first Tuesday of the month.
