What will YOUR 60 be?

As we get closer to celebrating 60 years of Kidney Wales in 2027, there’s still plenty of time to get involved in our 60 for Sixty Challenge! 🎉

The idea is simple: choose a challenge inspired by the number 60, make it your own and raise funds to support people and families affected by kidney disease across Wales.

You could…
👟 Walk, run or cycle 60 miles
💙 Raise £60
🧁 Bake and sell 60 treats
⏱️ Take on 60 minutes of activity
🙌 Complete 60 acts of kindness
☕ Host a fundraiser with a 60-themed twist

Or come up with your own challenge!

It costs just £6 to take part, and however you choose to do your 60, you’ll be helping us celebrate six decades of Kidney Wales while supporting our work for the future.

Today is World Mental Health Day 🩵

Living with a long-term condition like Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) can have an impact on more than just your physical health.

Looking after your emotional wellbeing matters too.

At Kidney Wales, we’re here to support patients, carers and families affected by kidney disease.

Whether you’re looking for counselling, support with anxiety, local support groups or information to help you navigate life with kidney disease, you don’t have to face it alone.

We also work alongside trusted organisations that provide emotional support, counselling and mental health resources.

This World Mental Health Day, remember that your mental health matters.
