Join us at one of our Dementia Friendly Connections Cafés!

Our Dementia Friendly Connections Cafés are a Community Champion led social initiative, designed to provide a social opportunity, and build meaningful community connections among people living with dementia, their care partners, and the wider community.

Community members are invited to connect with their neighbours at these lightly structured social programs, with refreshments, snacks, and ice breakers provided to help get the conversation flowing.

We have upcoming cafés in Guysborough, Sherbrooke, Truro and Lunenburg. Swipe through to learn more, or visit our website at www.alzheimer.ca/ns/en/help-support/programs-services/dementia-friendly-connections-cafe
