Today we held our Annual General Meeting - it followed the usual format of business meeting, entertainment, then food and conversation. In the business meeting we were able to vote on donating $20,000 to our various causes. The entertainment was provided by 2 delightful amateur players Emma Paczkowski on violin (an engineer) and Maria Mason on cello (a whale specialist). They played an assortment of music including classical, a jig & an Abba tune. The food table was groaning under the weight of all the treats and lots of great conversation took place.
Thanks to Cate and Shirley who took the photos.

ATTENTION!!
Did you buy The Fellowship of the Ring and The Return of the King at our Book Sale last Friday?
If so, someone else bought a copy of the Two Towers and would like to reunite the 3 books by either selling their copy or buying the two volumes you purchased. These books were originally tied together to be sold as a set but somehow during the sale they were separated. Please contact us or Lunenburg Bound Books if you have the books to discuss what you wish to do.
