Last week, UPEI CSSA celebrated the Dragon Boat Festival at the UPEI Faculty of Sustainable Design Engineering.

A sincere thank you to Immigrant & Refugee Services Association PEI and Chinese Society of Prince Edward Island for their support, as well as to all volunteers and participants who helped make the event a success.

Following the celebration, we were honoured to join a roundtable discussion with Philip Brown and representatives from the PEI Office of Immigration to discuss international student development, community integration, and future collaboration.

Today, UPEI CSSA was honoured to be invited to the Public Service Week Celebration, hosted by the Government of Prince Edward Island at the Provincial Administration Building. ☯️🌸

The event brought together more than 200 provincial government officials and public servants. As representatives of the international student community, we were pleased to participate alongside the CSPEI Arts Group, sharing the richness of Chinese culture through Traditional Chinese Dance and Tai Chi performances.

We sincerely thank the Government of Prince Edward Island for providing a platform where diverse communities can come together, connect, and celebrate cultural diversity. Through cultural exchange and community engagement, we continue to foster greater understanding, inclusion, and a stronger sense of belonging for all. ♥️
