Bidding Information:

⭐ The minimum bid is $197,000 + HST.
⭐ All eligible bids must be submitted by Friday, October 9th, 2026 at 4:00pm ADT.
⭐ Bidders must be able to provide proof of ability to pay and include a downpayment of 5% of their bid amount.
⭐ Bids may be received with a certified cheque in person or by mail, or remotely by e-transfer.
⭐ Cheques for non-accepted bids will not be deposited and e-transfers for non-accepted bids will be refunded.

Each year on National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, we pause. We grieve for the children who never returned home from residential schools. We reflect on what reconciliation means. We honour the Survivors, their loved ones, and their communities.

We urge you to take today to remember, to listen, and to recognize the ongoing intergenerational impacts of the tragic history of residential schools that took place across Turtle Island.

Together, we must commit to reconciliation🧡
