You've built your social enterprise. Now it's time to think about what's next.

Introducing REFINE: Founders Circle, a new facilitated peer circle from The Mill House Ventures for established social entrepreneurs who are ready to step beyond the day-to-day and explore what's possible for their organisation.

Over four months, you'll join a small group of peers who understand the realities of leading a purpose-led organisation. Through facilitated conversations, practical reflection and honest discussion, you'll work through complex challenges, test new ideas and gain greater clarity about your next steps.

REFINE is designed for social entrepreneurs who have been operating for two or more years and are looking to:
• Explore what's next for their organisation
• Rethink their business model, partnerships or impact
• Make confident decisions about the future
• Connect with trusted peers who understand the journey

Supported by the Snow Foundation, REFINE is offered at a subsidised rate to help make this opportunity accessible to social entrepreneurs across the Canberra region.
Places are intentionally limited to eight to ten participants.

We're so grateful for the support we've received from The Snow Foundation and belief they have had in us and in the many social enterprises we've worked alongside over the years. The social enterprise ecosystem is all the stronger for it, and only becoming more so thanks to partnerships like these. We're excited for what more is to come!

Over many years, we've been supporting Canberra's growing social enterprise community. We've helped bring organisations like Tender Funerals and Hotel Etico Australia to Canberra. We've also supported local enterprises including Right to Work, Little Luxton, Canberra PCYC and more recently Cafe Stepping Stone, Allara Creative, Q***r Food and The Women's Shed.

These organisations are creating jobs, building skills, fostering inclusion and strengthening our community. Many of Canberra's social enterprises have been nurtured through The Mill House Ventures Ltd., which sits at the heart of Canberra’s social enterprise ecosystem.

Our long-term partnership with Mill House reflects a shared commitment to helping social enterprises start, grow and thrive. Canberra's social enterprise ecosystem continues to grow, with more organisations demonstrating how business can create opportunity, strengthen communities and deliver lasting social impact.
