We’re calling on experienced industry leaders who are ready to give back, elevate others, and help shape the future of construction.
The NAWIC ACT Mentoring Program thrives because of the generosity, insight, and leadership of its mentors.
By joining the program, mentors play a pivotal role in strengthening our industry by:
✨ Offering targeted, experience‑driven guidance that helps mentees navigate challenges and seize opportunities
✨ Supporting women through key career transitions, from stepping into leadership to exploring new pathways
✨ Contributing to the design and direction of the program during our mentor‑only session, ensuring it remains relevant, impactful, and industry‑led

If you’re passionate about developing emerging talent and championing the next generation of women in construction, we’d love to have you involved.
