The Explo café in Fyshwick is serving up $2 coffees this week to help those affected by the devastating floods in Nepal, while encouraging Canberrans to donate to relief efforts.

Originally from Kathmandu, owner Krishna Dev Maharaja has lived in Canberra for nine years and says he wants to give back to his home country following the devastating floods.

“I want to give back to my home country because this is devastating,” he said.

“So many have lost their loved ones.”

This Wednesday to Friday, customers can grab a $2 coffee and donate directly to Nepal flood relief efforts via a QR code at the café.
