As we wrap up our school holiday cooking classes, we’re reflecting on what a fantastic experience it has been for everyone involved 👩‍🍳🍎

As part of the CALD Youth Nutrition and Physical Activity program, our young participants enjoyed getting hands-on in a cooking class facilitated by Nutrition Australia. From learning new skills to building confidence and trying new foods, it’s been wonderful to see their enthusiasm and creativity grow throughout the program.

Programs like these are all about empowering young people with practical life skills while having fun and this group certainly did both!
