Filipino Language School of Canberra Officer Induction 2026 🇵🇭

Our FLSC officers formally took their oath at the Philippine Embassy, Canberra last 28 May 2026.

We had a fruitful discussion with Ambassador Antonio Morales regarding our activities and future initiatives to further promote Filipino language and culture in the ACT.

Following the induction, Arnel graciously hosted a dinner at El Jannah for the officers. Thank you, Arnel, for your generosity and continued support of FLSC.

It was a meaningful day of commitment and camaraderie. We look forward to working with you and serving the Filipino-Australian community this Term 2 and beyond.

What a way to start! A huge THANK YOU to our FLSC family - parents, teachers, and kids - who represented us beautifully at the ACTLCSA Open Day on 17 May. Your bahay kubo performance was a hit! 👏

Classes are back every Sunday, 2-4 PM at Woden & Gungahlin Libraries. It’s not too late to join us and let your children discover the beauty of our Filipino language and culture.

🎉🌏 Celebrate Harmony Day with the FLSC Community! 🇵🇭🧡

The Filipino Language School of Canberra (FLSC) warmly invites our families, friends, students, and the wider community to come together and celebrate Harmony Day 2026 — a day that celebrates cultural diversity, inclusion, and friendship.

What an incredible way to wrap up the year! 🎄✨

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the FLSC 2025 Achievement Day and Christmas Celebration. Seeing our children, parents, teachers, and volunteers come together with so much joy, laughter, and pride truly warmed our hearts. 💖
