Welcome our newest Kaizen Adaptive Coaches: Class 009⚡️

Today was a full day dedicated to learning how to confidently work with individuals living with long-term physical and traumatic impairments. Through hands-on coaching, practical application, and real-world adaptive training principles, these coaches are expanding their ability to make fitness more inclusive, accessible, and impactful.

Every coach we educate creates a ripple effect, helping more individuals discover what they’re capable of, regardless of impairment.

Thank you for investing your time, energy, and passion into serving the adaptive community. Let’s get to work.

Grateful for our adaptive athletes, dedicated coaches, and the community that continues to believe in what we’re building.

Today we welcomed the Hampton Roads Community Foundation for a site visit to learn more about our mission and the impact of Kaizen Adaptive Training. Moments like this remind us how powerful inclusive fitness and community support can be.

Because of supporters like YOU, we’re able to keep this program 100% cost free for our adaptive athletes and we’re just getting started.
