rew members train in cross-cultural ministry and travel to select international partnering churches or ministries where they present a culturally adapted version of The Play or The Story in the language of the people, as an evangelistic outreach. Training:
TMCJ International training teams teach all areas of Christian drama, stage production, worship and dance. Each team member has a specific role in training international partnering members to perform and present a culturally adapted version of The Play and The Story production, in the language of the people. The Play
Our flagship production, The Play has been a successful annual outreach to the Hampton Roads community since 1985. alone, over 250,000 people have seen this dramatic presentation of the life of Christ that poignantly tells His story from birth to resurrection and ascension. Tour groups from churches, travel agencies, schools, individuals and organizations from up and down the east coast travel to Virginia Beach and have made The Play an annual Easter tradition. TMCJ International was established in April of 1996 to reach the nations. The Story was written for TMCJ International Productions by renowned playwright, Dr. Gillette Elvgren, TMCJ board member and professor of Drama and the Arts in the School of Communication at Regent University. We created this production with three objectives in mind. First, to be used to spread the Gospel both nationally and internationally. Second, to be mobile and travel easily, and lastly to be adaptable to any culture or country in which it is performed. The Story can be performed with between 5 to 10 actors and 2 stagehands using masks to portray over 40 characters from The Play. The Story lasts for approximately 45 minutes and offers a modern, exotic presentation which incorporates stylized movement, folk dancing and classical choreography, artistic props and original costumes. Teams have been trained in Nepal, India, Indonesia, Ukraine, Siberia, Romania, Albania and Cuba, and we have invitations to train teams in many other countries. This is an invitation from Joan Wilson, former TMCJ choreographer to dancers with a heart for Israel.

I'm inviting you to join me in ministering a prayer dance "Pray for the Peace of Jerusalem " at KPC FEBRUARY 4 at the 10 AM Worship Service.
Born in the heart of my friend Yvonne Peters( former choreographer for the International Christian Embassy in Jerusalem’s Feast of Tabernacles) we will be a part of an international Intercessory dance movement to pierce the darkness and declare blessing over our beloved Jewish brothers and sisters.
Steve Schmitter and I will serve as choreographers.
The dance will be very simple.
The only requirements are that dancers have a love for Israel, some previous dance experience, and can commit to the following rehearsal schedule:
MONDAYS JAN 22 and 29 in the KPC Sanctuary 6:30-8:30 pm(805 Kempsville Rd 23464)

Open to Dancers 13 and up, male & female.
Please pray and let me hear back from you by Friday, January 19 by replying in the comments below.
We will send you the music via Messenger.
