Last week's visit to GAS Bowstrings was epic!! This year marks our fifth year as an organization and our third year visiting the GAS Bowstrings facility. The team at GAS rolled out the red carpet for our recipient. Our 2026 recipient, Nate Lindskoog, was treated like a king. After receiving his bow package, Nate endured an intense three-day period of building, tuning, and sighting-in with GAS professional Aaron Adams. Nate is now fully prepared for his sika deer hunt. Congratulations, Nate, on your selection, and we look forward to pressing on to the next milestone.

As a 501(c)(3) organization, the A3G Initiative utilizes archery as a means to aid amputees in their recovery and return to outdoor activities.

The time has arrived. On Monday, our 2026 recipient, Nate Lindskoog, will embark on his A3G Initiative journey. Over the course of three days, he will work closely with the GAS team to fine-tune and test his new Hoyt Archery flagship bow and GAS Bowstrings. Additionally, he will receive his initial allocation of gear from our valued sponsors. We will document Nate's journey, commencing on Monday, which will culminate in a Sika deer hunt on the eastern shore of Maryland in late January. It’s happening!!

As a 501(c)(3) organization, the A3G Initiative utilizes archery as a means to aid amputees in their recovery and return to outdoor activities.
