Our club was excited to welcome Luke Erickson, Founder and Executive Director of Startup Ventura for a special career exploration opportunity! Luke met with teens from all of our Club sites to share his entrepreneurial journey, discuss his work leading a local nonprofit dedicated to supporting startup founders across Ventura County, and give our teens a closer look at entrepreneurship, nonprofit leadership, and building opportunities within their own community.

Through conversations like these, our teens get to explore different career paths, learn from local leaders, and discover how they can turn their passions and ideas into meaningful opportunities. Thank you, Luke and Startup Ventura, for investing in our future leaders and inspiring the next generation of innovators! 🌟
