Since January 2000, we have been serving foster, adoptive, kinship/resource & birth families. *Kinship refers to families raising a relative or friend's child*

Kids & Families Together (K&FT), a division of PathPoint, is a support, education, and counseling resource center that provides services for individuals in foster/resource care, kinship care, legal guardianship, adoption, as well as birth families.

Join us for a fun evening for adoptive families! Adoptive parents will learn more about adoption, while adoptees will participate in adoption-related activities and conversations with peers. Families will also have opportunities to connect with one another. Dinner and childcare (for little ones, ages 0-5, too young to participate) will be provided!

*You do not need to be current clients of ours but do need to have adopted from the Ventura County Child Welfare system (or from Child Welfare in another CA county).

Our Parent Support Group is for any parent(s) involved with CFS who are looking for support and understanding of their challenges! We are writing to share some difficult news – our dearest Charles passed away on Thursday after a courageous battle with cancer. Since his diagnosis in March, he received ongoing treatment and was surrounded by love – especially in his final months at the K&FT office, where he was uplifted by heartfelt messages from clients, staff, and community members.

On July 1, 2024, Kids & Families Together merged with PathPoint! It has been a year of learning, growth, and making a bigger difference. We have reaffirmed that we are truly stronger together. Thank you to everyone who has been a part of the K&FT and PathPoint family during this journey!
