Adore-a-Bullie Paws and Claws We are a 501c3 charity that helps Rehome animals in NYC! We are a foster based,committed Org!

Adore-A-Bullie Paws and Claws was born from the passion of a small group of individual rescuers. We were overwhelmed with sadness for the large number of companion animals surrendered to the NYC shelter system each day and felt we needed to do something to help. Our goal is to develop a network of experienced fosters who can prepare shelter animals and strays for life in a forever home. We seek to find the most appropriate match for each companion animal to minimize returns and ensure happy tails. Furthermore, we hope to increase awareness about shelter animals and responsible pet ownership through community education. We also aim to decrease the number of homeless animals through our spay/neuter assistance program.

šŸ†˜šŸ†˜EMERGENCY PLEAšŸ†˜šŸ†˜

This beautiful dog is in need of an emergency Foster/Adopter in the New York by tomorrow! The owner has threatened to just abandon it in the apartment as he flies back to his country which I hope is plane will crash if he does that!!!

MEET ROSCO! He is a one year-old German Shepherd Pit mix that has lived with A Cat for one year. He is great with dogs. He is good with children and good on a leash. He is up-to-date with shots, but needs to be neutered in microchip which the Rescue would do if someone can step up to hold him please donā€™t let him be abandoned in an apartment or go to the ACC!

We do not have any time for comments that are negative besides the one I posted so please if youā€™re interested in helping respond if not, I donā€™t wanna hear it.! I am fed up with people that abuse animals and abandoning in an empty apartment is definitely abuse!

WE WANT TO HELP POPETTE! He is a beautiful poodle mix said to be 4-6yrs old but they suspect younger! He has been heartworm tested, given all shots and wormers, and been microchipped! He caught kennel cough and is almost done with his treatment and will be neutered asap!

This beautiful sweet level 1 rated baby has two cherry eyes (probably the reason he was abandoned)! They will be corrected and paid for by the Rescue and our wonderful talented Dr Infurnuso From The Animal Surgical Center in Oceanside queens! Anyone looking to open their home to this beautiful baby in need should apply right away so that we can start scheduling his procedures!

Please help us help them. He doesnā€™t deserve to die in a high kill shelter due to space or Adopted out to someone who is not going to correct his problems and cherish him for life.

WE ARE LOOKIMG FOR COMMITTED FOSTERS THAT ARE SEMI LOCAL TO THE NYC AREA!!

This year because donations are so low and people are dumping their animals at alarming rates, We decided not to put up our 12 dogs of Christmas Fundraiser. We are calling for your help instead of your money! We want to save at least 12 dogs between October 1st and January 1st 2027! We would like those dogs to be ACC dogs or diverted placements from owners that are going to throw them in a high kill shelter!

With all of our followers, I am sure we can find 12 committed fosters to help these animals and if we find more, we can help more!

If interested, To Adopt or Foster any of the dogs we are willing to pull. Please fill out these applications ahead of time and just put in the area for A Dog OPEN TO SMALL OR BIG DOG FOSTER!

Letā€™s make this a season of saving an animal instead of dumping one! All animals will be fully vetted by the rescue!

UPDATE!!! THANK YOU TO ALL THAT APPLIED!! THE CUTEST PUPPY EVERā€¦.ALEX HAS BEEN ADOPTED! He was a sweet, very lovable, seriously cutest pup! He is a 4mth old snorkie!

Alexā€˜s mom had him since he was a tiny baby! She obviously loved him and he loved her just as much. Recently, she has been diagnosed with cancer and is a single mom raising a six-year-old daughter! Due to her health circumstances and finances she was forced to give this little nugget up! He is such a good dog, he follows you around with a wagging tail, heā€™s quiet in a crate, heā€™s wee wee pad trained, but is learning to go outside now that he is fully vetted. He received an exam, a nail clip, a rabies/distemper shot, wormer, we had those beautiful ears cleaned and treated, he had flea/tick treatment applied, and heā€™s been neutered and microchipped! This baby will not last! Heā€™s incredibly smart, fantastic in the car, and loves to sit on your lap.! We want to wish Rachel and her family happy tails with this amazing boy!

MEET INDIA! Iā€™M A STUNNING ALMOST 9mth OLD BULLY PUPPY!!

My foster mom doesnā€™t understand why I donā€™t have a forever home! Iā€™m crate trained, although if you give me toys Iā€™m not destructive! I love to go on walks/hikes. Iā€™m housebroken, command trained and walk pretty well on a leash. I also LOVE to cuddle. Iā€™m learning more things everyday Iā€™m very smartā€¦. All my other siblings were adopted by great families iso I really want one too! PLEASE SHARE ME CAUSE I WANT MY HAPPILY EVER AFTER! Iā€™m fully vetted, I had my exam and my rabies and distemper shots, Iā€™m wormed, had my ears cleaned and treated for earmites as a precaution and Iā€™m microchipped and spayed. UPDATE!! BOWIE HAS BEEN ADOPTED!

THIS BEAUTIFUL BABY DOODLE MIX IS ONLY 6-7mths OLD.

Bowie thought when he was bought by a family he was the luckiest puppy ever! He had a 3yr old sister and a new baby brother. Unfortunately, that was short lived. We got a call that the baby was allergic šŸ¤¦ā€ā™€ļø so him and the 2yr old chi they also owned had to go! I couldnā€™t say no! He deserves lots of love and we are gonna see he gets it! He lived with another dog (a Chihuahua that was two years old) and kids. He is sweet and has already decompressed from the trauma! He has been fully vetted! He got groomed as you can see! He is very cute with one brown and one blue eye! We did an exam, got his long nails clipped, gave distemper/rabies shots, flea/tick treatment, wormer, ears cleaned/earmite preventative treatment, microchip and neutered. He is now in his best forever home and we couldnā€™t be happier!! Happy tails sweet boy!

This beautiful little Nugget is full of personality, heā€™s loving and very smart!! Him and his brother came in on Wednesday and was fully vetted and groomed! He got a full exam, his nails, clipped, his rabies and distemper shots, wormed, flea and tick applied, his ears cleaned and earmite treatment, microchip,and neutered!! He is so thrilled in his new home with his human brother and sister! We wish this lovely family happy Tails always!!!

MEET LATTE AND COCO THEY ARE 5mth OLD PUREBRED MINI POODLES!

Wednesday I got an urgent phone call from one of my rescuers/fosters about three dogs in desperate need! She told me that they were in deplorable conditions and that the two poodles were severely matted and their nails overgrown, but super friendly, and the Shih Tzu that was present. Also, a puppy was so overgrown that her eyes had gotten infected. Obviously, we couldnā€™t say no. We told her to get them out of there and bring them straight to the Groomer. The Shih Tzu luckily was given to another rescue and immediately taken care of. After Grooming, we let them decompress for the night and yesterday they were fully vetted.! They went for an extensive exam, got their rabies and distemper shots, got flea and tick applied, was given a general wormer, had their ears cleaned and was treated for ear mites, just in case, they were microchips and they were neutered. Thank you, Amanda for getting them out of there, and look for their posts separately to see their new look.! anyone interested in these two nuggets which do not have to go together better apply immediately they will fly out the door!
