Are you caring for a loved one experiencing changes in brain function? You are not alone. We invite you to join our supportive community for an upcoming session focused on practical education and shared experiences. Our group is built on the foundation of the Positive Approach to Care, a method that emphasizes understanding brain changes and focusing on the abilities that remain. Whether you are looking for new caregiving strategies or simply a welcoming space to connect with others who understand your journey, we would love to see you there. We will meet on the second Wednesday of the month at 1 PM in Providence Hall on the campus of the Sisters of Providence at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods. Our next meeting is Wednesday, September 9th. Did you know that detecting fraud on your Medicare statements is one of the most important things you can do to stop Medicare fraud? Look for common red flags like:

🏴 Do you recognize the provider and the place that is billing you?
🏴 Did you have an appointment on the date billed?
🏴 Were you charged for something more than once?
If you see anything concerning, call your doctor and see if it was an error. If you can't get it resolved, report it to the SMP! Find your local by calling 877.808.2468 or use the SMP Locator at www.smpresource.org.
