We are looking for community partners to set up tables and share information, resources, and services with local families attending the event. Participating organizations will need to bring their own table, chairs, and any supplies needed for their booth setup.

We also encourage organizations to bring giveaways, informational materials, or a small activity for children and families if possible. We are planning to use punch cards for attendees to visit each table and receive a prize once completed.

This year’s theme is tie dye! Organizations are welcome to wear tie dye shirts or bright colors to join in the fun, although it is not required.

If you are interested in participating or have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us. We would love to have your organization join us for this event.

I just want to take a moment to reflect on our CRA meeting this morning. I got the meeting started and had to leave at 10:45 AM for another obligation, but in that 45 minutes SO many awesome connections were made across resources! Helpful voices showed up today and great information was shared.

Thank you for everything you do! Please join us on July 10, 10:00 AM, Excel Center, for the next CRA meeting.

Maple Center:

We are delighted to share news about a new partnering private practice coming soon to the Maple Center location. Warrior's Respite, led by Richard Rodgers, will join us with an office space at the Maple Center as of May 1, 2026.

Warrior's Respite offers a wide range of programs to help adults and teens regulate and recover. Richard brings a wealth of knowledge to offer hope and help you move forward with whatever you're struggling with. Please see the attached flyer for more information on his offerings and how to schedule with him. He offers both online and in-person appointments.

Additionally, Richard is offering a 30-minute online guided meditation program starting this Friday at 4:00 pm. See the attached flyer for details and to sign up for this program.

Dear Community Partners,

United Way of the Wabash Valley is asking for your support in helping us reach nonprofit organizations across the Wabash Valley by sharing our Spring 2026 Nonprofit Organization Survey.

This survey is designed to help us better understand the current challenges nonprofits are facing, including increased demand for services and reductions in funding. The information collected will provide valuable insight into the financial realities of nonprofit organizations and will be shared with local foundations and funding partners to help inform future funding decisions.

Your partnership in distributing this survey will help ensure we hear from as many organizations as possible, allowing us to better understand community needs and advocate for resources where they are needed most.

We would greatly appreciate it if you could share the survey link with nonprofit organizations in your network and encourage them to complete it by May 11, 2026. I have also attached a letter that you might feel more comfortable sharing with your local nonprofits instead of creating an email to them yourself.

Thank you for your continued partnership and for helping strengthen our Wabash Valley community.
