From the Independence Center Senior Apartments at 4221 Forest Park—bringing 38 modern, affordable homes that support older adults aging in place—to “Catalyst” at 4140 Forest Park, a $100M+ bioscience hub transforming the former Goodwill headquarters, these WeCollab Reinvestment Plan projects are strengthening the Central West End as a place to live, work, and grow.
