You may see some familiar faces at Art from the Heart. Year after year, kids and young adults who work with art therapists are invited to create and submit artwork for the art auction.
These meaningful and generous contributions to Art from the Heart not only help raise funds to provide art therapy to many other kids. Donating this artwork also helps kids feel seen and celebrated, and for families who have lost an artist, often feel they are sharing a meaningful legacy.
"Art from the Heart is a poignant opportunity to witness their strength, courage, and resilience through their artwork, and how the experience celebrates and honors these young patients during their journey with cancer," explained Natasha Westrich Hanson, art therapist for Mercy Cardinals Kids, Adolescent, and Young Adult Cancer Center.
Come ✨see, ✨celebrate, and ✨honor legacies at Art from the Heart on the evening of September 17.
