Today is Global Peer Support Celebration Day (GPSCD). It is observed every year on the third Thursday of October, recognizing the contributions of peer support workers who use lived and living experience to support others. Join us this Thursday for a very important NE FYSPRT Meeting.

The HCA will be giving a presentation on Family Initiated Treatment (FIT). FIT allows families or guardians to request behavioral health services (mental health or substance use treatment) if they believe their youth needs help- even without the youth's consent. FIT providers work to engage youth, showing them the benefits of treatment and encourage them to consent to further treatment.
