Spokane Preservation Advocates

Spokane Preservation Advocates SPA is an inclusive group, open to all who share a commitment to historic preservation in Spokane.

Spokane Preservation Advocates was formed in 1997 by a group of local historic preservation advocates who believed in the value of preservation and its role in enhancing Spokane’s quality of life. These preservation pioneers saw the need for a new organization in Spokane; one that would supplement the work of existing preservation-related groups while also providing a strong advocacy voice for pre

servation issues. From the very beginning, SPA has been an inclusive group, open to anyone who shares a commitment to historic preservation. Today the organization retains the vibrancy of collective action in support of our community’s architectural heritage.

Yes, you read that right: A. Year. Of. Cakes. Chef Melissa Flynn is treating one lucky bidder to four custom cakes over the next year. Imagine opening your door every season to a handcrafted, flavor packed, beautifully dramatic cake. Now stop imagining — and come bid on it. “A Year of Cakes!” is one of our sweetest auction items (literally). Don’t miss your chance to take home your first cake from the Gala and three more throughout the year.
