Meet Maya Nyzhnykevych, our new Donor Relations Intern! 💙💛

Maya’s family lives in Ukraine, and she is currently studying at the University of St Andrews in Scotland.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the VOLIA Fund Ukraine Benefit Dinner on October 4 at Ukrainian Cultural Center Toloka and helped make the evening so meaningful. 💙💛

Thanks to your generosity, we raised over $70,000 to support our mission in Ukraine.

The evening brought us together over Ukrainian cuisine, delicious desserts, traditional sopilka music, and songs performed by our folk ensemble, Hraimore. Most importantly, it reminded us of the power of a community that shows up for one another.

100% of the funds raised will go toward emergency evacuation vehicles, prosthetics, and physical therapy for Ukrainian defenders wounded in the war.

In the coming weeks, we’ll share how these funds are being distributed in Ukraine and the lives your support is helping change.

When the full-scale invasion began, people around the world came together to support Ukraine 🇺🇦

What started as a personal commitment to help loved ones quickly grew into a mission to support Ukrainians in need.

Behind Volia Fund is a community of friends, colleagues, donors, and volunteers working together across borders to provide essential supplies and respond to urgent needs.

Today, that mission continues thanks to everyone who stands with Ukraine. Every contribution and every act of kindness makes a difference.

20,000 teddy bears. 20,000 Ukrainian children 🇺🇦

On September 9, community leaders and advocates gathered at Washington’s State Capitol in Olympia to raise awareness about Ukrainian children taken from their families by Russia.

Tetiana Novokhatska, co-founder of Volia Fund, joined the rally to help keep their stories in the spotlight and call for their return home.

We must keep talking about them. We must keep fighting for their return.
