“The problem of the North Africa Church is not persecution, imprisonment, or threat - but division. In places where the enemy cannot stop the gospel through fear, he attempts to slow it down through disunity, suspicion, and fragmentation.”

Wise and convicting insight from a room of pastors who have experienced imprisonment, miraculous escapes, and intense state surveillance. In much of North Africa, converting from Islam or sharing your faith can carry the threat of long-term imprisonment or even death.

We are grateful for the opportunity to continue connecting with and equipping these faithful leaders. Pray for believers across North Africa to remain bold, united, and empowered by the Holy Spirit as they faithfully proclaim the gospel.

"I came into the meeting expecting God’s presence and the leading of the Holy Spirit - and that is exactly what happened. The room broke into two hours of weeping, crying out to God, and deep repentance. I stood in awe, simply watching the Holy Spirit convict, empower, embolden, and refresh His servants.

These leaders left with a renewed sense of calling to return to their nations as disciple-makers, even at great personal cost. Before my eyes, I witnessed the birth of a Great Commission network that I believe will bring lasting impact to these nations."

What a powerful reflection from our West Africa Regional Director, Sam Dunya. God is moving mightily through collaboration around the globe.

Tonight marks the beginning of Eid al-Adha, a major three-day observance for Muslim communities around the world. It remembers the story of Ibrahim (Abraham) and his trust in God, often marked by prayer, family time, and generosity toward those in need.

As Eid begins, join us in prayer for Muslim communities across the regions where we serve. Pray for peace in homes, joy in gatherings, and moments of honest spiritual searching. Pray that those seeking God would encounter His love in real and personal ways.

Pray also for Christian leaders serving in difficult contexts. Ask for strength, wisdom, and endurance, and for their lives to reflect the Kingdom with courage and faithfulness.

Today is the International Day for the Unreached.

3.4 billion people still have little to no access to the gospel. Many have never heard the name of Jesus, met a Christian, or seen a church in their community.

Pray with us:
For leaders serving in hard places around the world
For more workers to go to the least-reached communities
For unity across the global Church to help bring gospel access to the unreached

We’re grateful to stand alongside leaders working together to bring the hope of Jesus to those who have never heard.

VisionSynergy recently celebrated the graduation of our Telugu-language Synergy Catalyst Program cohort in India! Over 18 months, these leaders built trust across ministries, learned how to collaborate more effectively, and developed shared strategies for Kingdom breakthroughs in places with little or no access to the gospel.

Together, they are now focused on engaging 57 unreached people groups, including 5 frontier people groups - some of the least-reached communities in the world.

What encourages us most? These leaders know the challenge is too great to face alone. Great Commission breakthroughs happen when leaders trust one another, unite around a shared vision, and work together to reach communities that may otherwise never hear the gospel.

At a recent gathering focused on ministry in a closed context, a major security issue threatened the digital tools many leaders depend on. In the room, a participant with technology expertise stepped in and developed a solution that restored vital access - a concrete example of what happens when the right people come together.

Leaders who once worked in isolation are now sharing strategies, resources, and ideas, turning conversation into action and solving practical problems in real time.

“For years, I carried the weight of this women’s fellowship alone, overwhelmed by the pressure of trying to do everything myself. But at VisionSynergy’s Regional Summit, I saw the beauty and power of working together. I realized the vision God placed in our hearts cannot be fulfilled by one person or one ministry alone. We need each other.

Now, instead of seeing my assistant as competition, I see her as a collaborator in reaching women with the gospel. Together, we are beginning to see new breakthroughs and opportunities to reach many more women than we ever could alone.”

This is the power of collaboration in God’s Kingdom. When leaders work together instead of against one another, impact multiplies.

The International Day for the Unreached is coming up on May 24.

It’s a reminder that billions of people still live without meaningful access to the gospel - including communities in some of the hardest and most isolated places on earth.

But God is moving through local leaders who are courageously working together to reach the unreached. Across South Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and beyond, networks of ministries are collaborating to bring gospel access where it has been limited for generations.

Join us in praying for breakthrough among the unreached - and mark your calendars to lift up people around the world on May 24.

God is moving in Nepal. 🇳🇵 After a recent Network Journey workshop, ministry leaders are stepping out in faith with a vision to plant 170 churches in unreached villages and engage 12 unreached people groups this year.

Please pray for open doors for the gospel, wisdom and creativity in difficult situations, and protection for Nepali leaders facing persecution. We’re encouraged by their bold faith, perseverance, and commitment to seeing God glorified among the unreached. 🙏

This week, we honored our South Asia Director, Dwarika, for earning his FOCOS Master Trainer certification! This step strengthens our ability to equip leaders from within - so Kingdom collaboration can continue to take root in some of the hardest places. As leaders are trained to equip others locally, the work becomes more sustainable, helping networks grow and serve where access is often limited. Join us in celebrating this milestone!
