Join us for a conversation about chronic inflammation and how it can affect the body. We’ll explore common signs and symptoms, contributing factors, and the connection between inflammation and everyday health.

In this class, Jessica will review foods and eating patterns associated with inflammation, foods that may help support a healthier inflammatory response, and current research on anti-inflammatory dietary approaches.

We’ll also introduce the gut microbiome and explore how lifestyle factors such as sleep, stress, physical activity, to***co, and alcohol can influence inflammation.

✨ Practical strategies for incorporating more anti-inflammatory foods and healthy habits into everyday life will be included.

Tuesday, September 1 | 2 PM PDT | Live on Zoom

How often do we find ourselves comparing our progress to someone else’s?

After brain injury, it can be especially easy to look around and wonder, β€œWhy am I not further along?” or β€œWhy does their recovery look so different from mine?”

Join Caterina for a supportive conversation about letting go of comparison and learning to define progress on your own terms.

Together, we’ll explore self-compassion, intrinsic motivation, and practical ways to recognize the progress that matters to YOU. 🌱

✨ You’ll leave with:
β€’ A better understanding of comparison and how to redirect it
β€’ Personal ways to measure progress based on your own values
β€’ Self-compassion tools you can use right away
β€’ Strategies for staying grounded in your own journey
β€’ A renewed understanding that your healing path is your own β€” and your pace is just right for you

Who is this for?
Survivors, caregivers, and anyone interested in defining progress on their own terms.

πŸ’™ Holding the Change – Session 2 πŸ’™
πŸ“… Thursday, July 16
πŸ•š 11:00 AM PDT
πŸ’» Live on Zoom

Grief after brain injury is often complex, ongoing, and difficult to put into words. There may be no clear ending, no shared language, and no simple path forward.

Join us for Session 2 of our three-part series as we explore ambiguous loss and the impact it can have on identity, abilities, and relationships after traumatic or acquired brain injury.

✨ Guided Reflection Exercise:
"Before injury, I was… Now, I am…"

Together, we'll explore the tension between the person you were and the person you are today, while creating space to honor both. This session offers compassionate guidance for making sense of change and finding permission to hold multiple versions of yourself with kindness.

Whether you're a survivor, caregiver, or loved one, you're welcome here.
