Hey ACS CCP®s, just a quick reminder that applications are still open for the 14th Annual Comté Scholarship! If you've been putting off filling out your form, this is your sign to get it done.

This is such an incredible opportunity to head to France on an all-expenses-paid trip and see the history, culture, and production of the region firsthand. Plus, the Comté Cheese Association is including a $750 cash stipend to help you out with your ACS expenses.

Showcase your skill, creativity, and passion for American cheesemaking through this annual technical and aesthetic evaluation of American-made cheeses and dairy products.

This crew is at the center of everything. You will be jumping into the thick of things, leading volunteer teams, keeping food logistics and safety on track, and building those massive, beautiful cheese displays for events like Meet the Cheesemaker. It is a lot of hard work, but it is also one of the absolute best ways to level up your leadership skills and connect with peers from all over the industry.

Three common worries about exhibiting at a big trade show:

"It's too much to take on alone." At the ACS Partner Pavilion, you share an island with other ACS members.

"Setup is a hassle." Setup is included.

"Buyers won't know who I am." The Specialty Food Association sends an email featuring your brand to buyers and distributors before the show opens.

All Certified Cheese Professionals (CCP®) and Certified Cheese Sensory Evaluators (CCSE®) must recertify every three years to maintain their designation. If you earned your CCP® in 2023 or last recertified your CCP® or CCSE® in 2023, it’s your year to recertify!
